With a 20 year corporate experience , MANOJ MELEDATH , has a celebrated list of clients from Academia sector and Corporate, which includes Southern Railways, Malabar Cements, Paul Alukkas, Reliance Communication, EMS Hospital, TVS Automobiles, Catholic Syrian Bank, South Indian Bank, MET Life Insurance, LIC of India, to name a few. He is currently a senior trainer at Thoughts Academy and associated with the implementation of partner ASAP (Additional Skill Acquisition Project). He is an expert in areas like Education, Skill Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Motivation, team building, communication, negotiation skills and personality development, where his specialisation in Applied Psychology can be put to practise.
